Build problem with 2.0.44 tarball release

Summary: Build problem with 2.0.44 tarball release
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.44
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ksadeq@hotmail.com

I tried building 2.0.44 on Win2K from the tarball distribution, but Makefile.win complains
about some missing iconv component. The zip distro builds ok, but VC6 lists around 50 warnings.
Are these warnings normal?

I was able to compile 2.0.43 from the tar.gz without any problems.
I really don't understand why there is separate zip win32 source. There should be one unified
source release. The zip file is nearly twice as big as the tarball :(

I apologize if this is the
wrong place to report this, but it appears to me as some sort of problem with the 2.0.44 source
release.
