Hive jenkins job is hung, can't abort (jenkins bug?)

Can someone with admin perms address this? Looks like a bug in Jenkins afaict:

the job timed out and was aborted some time ago, however the job never
actually got killed. Also we're unable to kill the job itself via the
"abort" button.
