Any plan for DataJoin lib to change to MapReduce package from MapRed?

Hi all,
I'm trying the DataJoin lib on Hadoop 1.0.3 and find it is still using MapRed package. Does anyone know whether it will be changed to the new MapReduce package? If it will, how about the progress?
