--- Comment #5 from Mike Fischer <kf...@progressive.com> ---
Attempted to replicate the issue using HP EliteBook running Windows 7
Enterprise, 64-bit operating system with Microsoft Word 2010 and Apache
OpenOffice 4.1.2
I was successful in replicating the issue. I also recreated some of the tests
following CSK's reports.

Test 1 - Using file provided from original report.
1) Opened original attachment and saved to my computer without changing the
file name or other attributes.
2) Opened OpenOffice Writer which opens to blank document
3) From top menu I chose File> Open and located the calendar saved in Word and
selected it.
4) The calendar opened. The first month name did not justify left. The format
is intact only the cells are smaller so that not all the event information
appears.
5) As I scrolled through the document the formatting begins the month and days
of the week on the bottom of page 3 with the dates at the top of page 4. The
next month begins at the bottom of page 6 showing only the month name and now
the first week of that month with the remaining weeks on the top of the next
page.
6) As the document continues each new month begins at the bottom of the
following page (one blank page between months). Each new month has one
additional week than the month before. See attachment added as Test 1.

Test 2 - One month calendar template from Word.
1) Opened Word, selected new and searched Office.com templates with keyword
Calendar.
2) Downloaded One-month basic calendar (any year) to my computer as this
calendar most closely resembles the format form the original report.
3) When template first opens the default is the current month and year. Saved
with April 2016.
4) Opened calendar with OO Writer. The basic calendar structure is retained
with
5) Header now appears as 2016 2016 instead of April 2016 and the month begins
on the 3rd instead of the 1st and ends on the 23rd.
6) The word Friday appears with varying numbers in the first week. For example
- under Sunday the word Friday appears. Under Monday - Friday02, Tuesday -
Friday03, Wednesday/Thursday - Friday02, Friday - Friday03 and Saturday -
Friday12.
7) The last 9 days have digits that display in the days such as '23233024' for
the 24th of the month and '24243025' for the 25th and so on. April only has 30
days yet the calendar displays these digits until day 32. See attachment added
as Test 2.
8) This is similar to the issue reported by CSK using the "12 Month Basic
Calendar - any year" template

Test 3 - One month calendar template from Word with text added
The text was not affected. The calendar did have same display issues as in
Test 2

Test 4 - I used Tables in Word to replicate original calendar
1) Opened Microsoft Word and inserted a 7x7 grid table.
2) In the most top/left cell I entered a month and year using the same Comic
Sans MS font at 24 pt. ( I used February and the current year)
3) I merged all of the cells in the top row and centered the month and year.
4) I added the days of the week in the same order as the original report
beginning with Monday and ending the week on Sunday. I kept the Comic Sans MS
font now at 10 pt and bolded and centered.
5) By draging the bottom of the cells I formatted the Month and Week rows to
match the original report as closely as possible.
6) Numbered the days matching the current year, also in Comic Sans ms 10 pt.
7) For the first month only - spaced over from the date in each Monday cell to
include the week number - underlined and Comic Sans MS 10 pt
8) Added in a few appointments and added color to conform to the original as
best as possible.
9) Saved in Word as a .docx document and closed file.
10) Opened saved calendar using OpenOffice Writer.
11) All formatting was retained. The month did not justify left and each month
was on one page as displayed in Word. Saved as .odt file.
12) Opened saved .odt file and Month was pushed to the left as in the original
report and Sunday was not showing. See attachment added as Test 4.
