In the content distribution UI we can display a distribution log per agent.

Currently this log only shows that package messages are sent out. 

This issue is about also showing successfully imported packages as well as errors during import on the subscriber side.

The idea is to send a new message type LogMessage on the discovery topic. These messages are received by the DiscoveryService and added to the DIstributionLog.
