It seems the key "content" in the regex-replace string in AMBARI-22228 is causing java.lang.NullPointerException at at org.apache.ambari.server.state.stack.upgrade.ConfigUpgradeChangeDefinition.getRegexReplacements(ConfigUpgradeChangeDefinition.java:242).
