Remaining CoreCLR api issues

I have opened JIRAs on every remaining CoreCLR API incompatibility and
attached an HTML file that shows the exact issues for that component. If
you run the compatibility tool in VisualStudio to verify the fix be sure to
go to Tools>Options>.NET Portability Analyzer and select only .NET Core App
as shown in the attached image.

Apache mailing lists don’t handle attached images/files well (in fact, not at all). Could you attach these to one of the JIRAs (probably the parent one of CoreCLR work) and send a link to the JIRA instead?
