[ANNOUNCE] Mike Heath is a PMC member now.

Hi community,

Apache MINA PMC decided to invite Mike Heath, our committer, to join
the PMC, and he accepted our offer.  Therefore, he is a member of the
Apache MINA PMC from now on. :)
