Review request for Sqoop.
Description
-------
I've added default log4j configuration file and set it to WARN. I believe that it should be fine for the client.
This addresses bug SQOOP-874.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SQOOP-874
Diffs
-----
client/src/main/resources/log4j.properties PRE-CREATION
Diff: https://reviews.apache.org/r/9387/diff/
Testing
-------
I've tested on real cluster that the warning about no appenders disappeared.
Thanks,
Jarek Cecho
