The file name changed (along with the <svn /> tag), but the module and project name didn't.  For this to build, somebody is going to have to wipe the cvs/ws-xmlrpc directory, so that it can do a clean checkout.

As I've said before, it doesn't help *me* to have an account on vmgump, but if anyone feels it helps *them*, I won't turn it down either.
