[Issue 113171] OO does not paste the text contents of the Windows clipboard - instead, it pastes the previous text copied in OO

MS Surface Pro 3, Windows 10 and this again or still is not working ... it's
apparently not a 'big thing' but basically I can not create a presentation as I
can not copy pictures from my snapshot tool nor can I copy internet links etc
... I have to admit I am considering taking a subscription to MS Office .. it's
not the only hassle in OO .... (sorry)
