GSoC Contribution

Hello Developers,
My name is Ibrahim Jarif and I'm from India. I wish to apply for GSoC'16
for the Apache Open Climate Workbench project. I'd really appreciate if
someone could guide me in proper direction. Should I focus on a specific
bug/feature/improvement or I should prepare for an overall project
improvement proposal?
