   Using a webservice exposed behind two reverse proxies causes `java.lang.IllegalArgumentException`:
   
   **Request:**
   > GET /mywebservice?wsdl HTTP/1.1
   > Host: dev.com
   > User-Agent: insomnia/5.16.6
   > X-Forwarded-Proto: https
   > X-Forwarded-Host: dev.com, test.com
   > Accept: */*
   
   **Result:**
   ```java
   2018-07-03T23:45:53.431Z | ERROR | -8080-exec-10 | o.a.c.c.C.[.[.[.[CXFServlet]        | log                      : [{}] Servlet.service() for servlet [CXFServlet] in context with path [] threw exception
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal character in authority at index 8: https://dev.com, test.com/mywebservice
       at java.net.URI.create(URI.java:852) ~[?:1.8.0_152]
       at org.apache.cxf.transport.servlet.BaseUrlHelper.getBaseURL(BaseUrlHelper.java:47) ~[cxf-rt-transports-http-3.2.1.jar:3.2.1]
       ...
   Caused by: java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in authority at index 8: https://dev.com, test.com/mywebservice
