Menu syntax changes

Renaming menu stuff to be more in line with other APIs and terminologies.

 

menu -> popupMenu

menuBarItem -> menu

 

Here the "menu" is really the button in the menuBar that opens the popup, and popupMenu is the actual popup. I am changing all the samples, the only change is simply the naming. "menuBarItem" was a dojo term that I used for convenience.
