[I] add unit test coverage for ContextManager and ObservableContextManager [texera]

   ### Task Summary
   
   `frontend/src/app/common/util/context.ts` exports the `ContextManager`/`ObservableContextManager` class factories implementing the context-stack semantics the workflow editor relies on through `JointGraphWrapper`: a context stack with `getContext`/`prevContext`, `withContext` running a callable inside a context and restoring the previous one afterwards (including on exceptions), and enter/exit/change RxJS streams emitting `[exiting, entering]` pairs.
   
   The module has no spec and is imported by no spec — its stack discipline is only ever exercised implicitly as infrastructure, with none of the behaviors above asserted anywhere.
