   By following this release process, I have noticed we missed some steps in our release document. Now, I add these should be explicit for new release manager.
   
   @peng-yongsheng If I made something wrong, please point out.
   
   @hanahmily Do I still miss something?
   
   @ascrutae This would make this document more helpful for your new release.
   
   @apache/skywalking-committers All committers could be the release manager, so if you want to do the release in the future, please read the whole document very carefully.
