@RequireBlueprint

Hi,
I have created @RequireBlueprint annotation for my home project:

I feel that this annotation could be used in many other projects and should
be part of some osgi open source util.

Do you agree and know a grood place for such annotation? Maybe small
project in aries/blueprint?
