In FLINK-16926, we explicitly "patched" the {{StreamExecutionEnvironment}} due to FLINK-16560.

Now that we have upgraded the Flink version in StateFun to 1.10.1 which includes a fix for FLINK-16560, we can now revert the patching of {{StreamExecutionEnvironment}} in the {{StatefulFunctionsJob}}.
