[jira] Updated: (ROL-1903) Add Template option only allows 'custom' type templates

David Johnson updated ROL-1903:
-------------------------------

    Description:
A regression: the drop-down menu on the Design->Templates page, when you "Add a new template" you can only choose the action "custom" template and does not show the four options that it should show:

   Search
   Tags Index
   Weblog

Please fix this and check all other drop-down menus in Roller for similar problems.
