org-apache-commons-io maven artifact missing for RELEASE120-1

org-apache-commons-io maven artifact is missing for the latest release.

It looks like it was created during the jenkins job

Hi Christian,
 I think it's no more an external and use commons-io:commons-io:2.6. 
 There were a change in nb-repository-plugin to better handle html4j libraries and it take others libraries too.
