[BOARD REPORT] OWB June Report

Hi guys;

I have created a June board report at
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/June2009.

I will also update its content with Kevan comments that are 1) spec changes
have been having a negative impact
2) Gurkan joined the JSR expert group.)

OpenWebBeans
