[jira] [Created] (OAK-3932) DocumentStore.getIfCached() must not
return NodeDocument.NULL
Marcel Reutegger created OAK-3932:
-------------------------------------
Summary: DocumentStore.getIfCached() must not return NodeDocument.NULL
Key: OAK-3932
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-3932
Project: Jackrabbit Oak
Issue Type: Bug
Components: core, mongomk
Affects Versions: 1.2, 1.0
Reporter: Marcel Reutegger
Assignee: Marcel Reutegger
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 1.4
In OAK-3559 [~tomek.rekawek] identified an issue with {{MongoDocumentStore.getIfCached()}}. The method may return NodeDocument.NULL, when it should actually return {{null}}. The contract of the method does not mention it explicitly, but returning {{null}} is consistent with other find methods and makes sense IMO.
