Databinding issue when axis2 service uses OMElement as parameter types - TUSCANY-2664

Hi Ant,

               I am using SCA - 1.6 and getting same issue as described
in TUSCANY-2664. Issue description says, it was fixed in 2.0 code. Can I
get same fix on 1.6 codebase?
