Description:
With the code changes done in NIFI-11528 there are now two test classes named
{code:java}
TestFormatUtils
{code}
The former one is in
{code:java}
nifi-commons/nifi-utils/src/test/java/org/apache/nifi/processor
{code}
while the new one is in
{code:java}
nifi-commons/nifi-utils/src/test/java/org/apache/nifi/util
{code}
The latter one is in the correct package as
{code:java}
FormatUtils
{code}
is located in package
{code:java}
org.apache.nifi.util
{code}
The aim of this ticket is to combine the two test classes into one in the correct package and to upgrade the unit tests in the former class to use JUnit constructs e.g. Paramaterized tests.
