Minor fixes to build.xml

Hi Folks,

Here's my first post to axis-dev@. Attached is a patch to build.xml, details are as follows:
- print the classpath being used.
- ability to specify a servlet.jar in build.properties.
- copy the sources to build.src, this will enable us to select the subset of java files that will
be compiled.

PS: I really want to see if we can build a subset of code that does not use wsdl4j (because of
license issues).
