Hi,

	the people who contribute time to answer questions on this list do
so freely and out of their own time. I have been unable to donate much
time recently meaning that the load is shared across fewer people (I'm
back now :)). If you post a question (after reading the FAQs and having a
quick look in the archives) then your mail will generally be replied to.
Feel free to repost if it has not been. Please also note that this really
is a list for the answer of xerces-c questions and not general XML
questions for which an XML tutorial would be a better place to start.

If you require guanteed levels of support then check out XML4C which is a
packaged up version of xerces by the IBM guys.
