Hi Mark!

While experimenting with neon 0.24.0 support, I wrote the attached bash 
script. The idea is to do away with all Apache configuration chores 
while running DAV tests. May be useful during release and in development 
too.
The script creates an Apache config file on the spot, starts httpd on a 
random port, totally independent from any other Apache instances, runs 
the tests, and then cleans things up. The script does several 
almost-paranoid checks to diagnose its own state and make sure 
everything's under control. The code is self-explanatory I think. I will 
be happy if it makes it into the Subversion code tree. Thanks!
