> Pre-1.4.2 releases utilized a separate directory for local-based repositories. These were named as the regular stack name, with "Local". For example stack HDP-2.0.6 had a matching HDPLocal-2.0.6.
> With 1.4.2, the concept of local repos was replaced with overriding the repo base URL in the database.
> In the case of an upgrade, all clusters using a local repo have the stack defined as HDPLocal-x.y.z. The upgrade script should handle this by updating these values to HDP-x.y.z accordingly.
