After release, the Mnemonic jars should be uploaded to one of Maven publish repositories for the dependency of other potential projects. 
Please suggest where to upload and how to make native code related modules (nvml-vmem-service, pmalloc-service) more portable in maven way.

https://bintray.com/ could be one candidate as maven repos. for Mnemonic because we don't need to be approval to release our artifacts.
