> We should consider refactoring notifiers in Usergrid such that there is a simple way of enabling push notifications for an application.  In general, application developers will not use multiple APNS / GCM notifiers.  They will want to send push notifications to Apple / Google / Windows devices.  It may make more sense to have a top-level 'enable' mechanism for each of the push providers.
