Thanks for your suggestion, but I think that this FAQ entry pretty much
covers the problem:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#set-servername

In 2.0, we've tried to reduce this problem by having UseCanonicalName set
off in the default config file.
