You can join the meetings by...


Stick that somewhere in each set of minutes you post to the list.

If you switch to a weekly meeting cadence, then you might consider sending out a reminder the day before. (Not strictly necessary.) But each set of minutes you post should make it very clear that the invite is open. It may sound contradictory, but our biggest priority should be attracting people to the QA effort. Moreso than the QA effort itself, even. If that makes sense? :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but that gtm is actually used every day by the QA team to meet at the same time so it should be usable.

I don't think the minutes being posted one day late is the issue.  I think what Noah means here is that the meeting minutes contains a gtm that is no longer usable so no one on the list can actually join the gtm.  

Correct me if I'm wrong but that gtm is actually used every day by the QA team to meet at the same time so it should be usable.
