Adding two new committers to Apache Druid (incubating)

Apache Druid (incubating) PMC voted to accept two new committers: Fokko
Driesprong (

and Furkan Kamaci (

They are committers to other Apache projects (their Apache IDs are fokko
and kamaci, respectively). I think we now need assistance from the
Incubator PMC Chair to grant them access to Druid's repositories:
incubator-druid, incubator-druid-website, and incubator-druid-website-src.
