[jira] Created: (MRM-28) sync shouldn't use file sizes as basis - updated checksums are not resynced

sync shouldn't use file sizes as basis - updated checksums are not resynced
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: MRM-28
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-28
     Project: Maven Repository Manager
        Type: Bug
    Reporter: Brett Porter

currently the sync from a partner repo does not reget checksums that have changed, so if they are created mistakenly they are not updated.

That said, we should be warned of an occurrence where such a file changes.
