    Description: 
Currently we printing out th warning message "Charts do not support Explain and Scan query" in the header panel. But in this case we hide all the other UI controls and user cannot switch result in another view. He MUST repeat SCAN command - this is very uncomfortable.

We should print that message in the chart area (instead the chart)
