Stuck at a huge issue

Please help me in solving this issue which is the server startup issue and
the mysql.
I have been stuck in these for the past 10 days and i have lost somewhere.
Help me with remote desktop connection and please help me in solving this
issue.

What error do you get?

What version of Mifos are you trying to access and which version of Mysql are you using?
