doc's mod_auth_msql.c

Could some-one with CVS access add this to the docs for mod_auth_msql.c

I wish I never merged them; and b.t.w. I am not going to merge the
two cookie_auth modules which have now emerged. :-)

Please note that version 1.0 has a different fall through
behaviour than previous modeles when either the username,
password or groups (names) are un-specified. This is a result
of the merge with the Vitek module. However this can cause it
to behave differently than previous versions if you where not
carefull with the access.conf definition.

There are three solutions: Grab version 1.3 or higher; these
modules are no longer stricktly compatible with the Vitek
module, but do follow the (undocumented) fall through
behaviour of version 0.3 to 0.9 of the module This is the
preferable solution.

Secondly one can make sure that each and every configuration
value is explicitly specified. And thirdly turning off the (by
default on) BACKWARD_VITEK directive restores some of the
old behaviour.
