Basic Security Profile (BSP) 1.0 Validation for Apache Rampart - GSoC 2008

Hi
   I am interested in writing a BSP 1.0 validation handler for apache
rampart as my GSoC project.You can find it in  [1]. I would appreciate , if
you can give me feedback with regard to my proposal.
