I've installed it at : C:\Program Files\IBM\ibm_sdk70\bin

Feel free to tweak the env settings in buildbot to override JAVA_HOME to that.
Or let me know if you want me to do that.

(The installed system Java and default JAVA_HOME will remain at 1.6)
