[Bug] apr 1.2.2

Whenever I try compile apr with --disable-ipv6 it fails with errors
on the file network_io/unix/multicast.c. I'm not really a programmer
but I poked around and whipped up a small patch that will let me keep
compiling, it likely isn't completely correct, but I'll attach it.

Please note that I am not subscribed to the mailing list so CC me
any replies if you would.
