There are no 1.3.x-binaries available for Solaris versions later than 2.8.

2.0.x-binaries does exist for Solaris 8, but sometimes a 1.3.x-binary
is desirable. For example when using PHP, which for now only has
beta-quality support for Apache 2.0.
