NIFI-4426 - Replaced Java7 jBCrypt implementation which was made for …
…Java7 backwards compatibility. It now uses a normal maven import to provide jBCrypt.

Please ensure that once the PR is submitted, you check travis-ci for build issues and submit an update to your PR as soon as possible.
