Thanks, patch applied.

I delved into ViewCVS to be sure that the fix was appropriate. The book2menu.xsl
used the NetUtils:encodePath() for the labels when we were using the silly
images for the menu labels. Revision 1.2 dispensed with those and just used
plain text
labels. However, the remnants of NetUtils remained in the stylesheet. Now gone.
