On trunk, create a two node cluster and use contrib/stress to insert 1M rows with RF=2, then try to read them back and some will be missing.  They're still missing after restarting and allowing the commitlog to replay, and bin/sstablekeys shows 997686 rows on one node, and 948560 on the other.  Does not happen on 0.7.
