log rolling info should be dubug info because these info are useless in production environment.

the output messages as:
[Sep 16 06:41:00.065] Server {0x2b0fd4416700} STATUS: The rolled logfile, /var/log/trafficserver/error.log_test.20130916.01h39m58s-20130916.01h50m00s.old, was auto-deleted; 120849687 bytes were reclaimed.
[Sep 16 06:50:00.014] Server {0x2b0fd4416700} STATUS: The logfile /var/log/trafficserver/error.log was rolled to /var/log/trafficserver/error.log_test.20130916.06h39m57s-20130916.06h50m00s.old.
