Most information is no longer relevant.  The information on what we check for is good -- though not complete (OPENEJB-453 has the list of what was added).  Everything else can be deleted.

We might consider adding the list into jira and then including them back in via the jiraissues macro.  Users could then click on them and get more details, comment, etc.

The common issues is accurate enough, but we might want to move it as I'm not so sure it's going to surface with the validation tool no longer being a standalone tool.
