[users@httpd] mod_jk2 Error

Hi,

I got these following messages from mod_jk2.
Of course I searched on the web to analyze the messages,
but still have no idea 
whether we can ignore these messages.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the meaning of
the cause of these messages.

the Apache error_log file is as following;
[Tue Mar 01 02:30:59 2005] [error] channelApr.open()
attempt to connect to
127.0.0.1:8009 (localhost) failed 111
[Tue Mar 01 02:30:59 2005] [error] ajp13.connect() failed
ajp13:wtsap02:8009
[Tue Mar 01 02:30:59 2005] [error] ajp13.service() failed
to connect
endpoint errno=9 Bad file descriptor
[Tue Mar 01 02:30:59 2005] [error] ajp13.service() Error 
forwarding
ajp13:wtsap02:8009 1 1
[Tue Mar 01 02:30:59 2005] [error] mod_jk2.handler() Error
connecting to
tomcat 120000, status 0

Server construction is as following;
  Firewall: NetScreen

Dispatcher(software loadbalancer):RS6000+Dispatcher(IBM)

WEB+App Server x2
  RedHat Enterprise Linux ES Standard Plus ver3.0
  JBoss 3.2.3 and Apache 2.0.50, mod_jk2 plug-in to use
jsp and servlet on JBoss.

Database Server
  RedHat Enterprise Linux ES Standard Plus ver3.0
  MySQL4.0.20

This location may vary from system to system. Look in your httpd.conf
file for:

ErrorLog


Also note the the following info from the httpd.conf file comments:

Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin
with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "var/log/foo.log"
with ServerRoot set to "/usr/local" will be interpreted by the
server as "/usr/local/var/log/foo.log".

mod_jk2 ist trying to connect to the tomcat, but i guess you dont have
any installed. Im not quiet sure if you can remove this lines from the
*.properties files.

btw it should be a good idear to go over to theire new solution,
because mod_jk2 isnt supported in anymay anymore.
