OpenOffice Calc version: 3.3 (latest formal release)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7
Language of OO and OS: Chinese (traditional)

1. In a cell, type "aaa bbb ccc".
2. Do Format > Upper/lowercase change > First letter of each word

PROBLEM:
1. It results in "Aaa bbb ccc", some as for sentence.

EXPECTATION:
1. It should result in "Aaa Bbb Ccc".

REFERENCE:
1. This problem does not happen in OpenOffice Write on Windows 7.
2. This problem does not happen with OpenOffice Calc 3.3 on Windows XP.

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20120912.1800, unfortunately, I did not repro this bug
follow the steps below:
1. Type "aaa bbb ccc" in cell.
2. Format|Chage Case|Capitalize Every Word.

Actual results:
"Aaa Bbb Ccc" in cell.

Could you rerun the bug on latest build on your side to see if it still repro?
if not, please help on close it, if yes, please let me know. thank you.

This does not happen on Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1 running on Windows 7.
So, maybe you can close this bug.
