   The `expr` module needs to be republished as public so that it can be consumed in 3rd party libraries.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   change `mod expr` -> `pub mod expr` in lib.rs
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None
   
   **Additional context**
   None
