Weblogic 6.0sp1, Cocoon2 installation problems, HELP

Hi,

I tried installing Cocoon2 with Weblogic6.0sp1 following the instructions on 
Cocoon site -- when I start up Weblogic, I get the message,
<Error> <J2EE> <Error deploying application cocoon: Could not load cocoon>

The weblogic log file reports
"<Exception thrown while loading cocoon: java.lang.NullPointerException>".

Please help!
